This role involves performing responsible law enforcement assistance work, including monitoring/processing custodial prisoners and providing support in various law enforcement activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to calls for service, investigate accidents and parking violations, and issue parking citations.
Interview victims of minor crimes. Perform Tele-Serve responsibilities, handling telephone contacts with the public to take minor criminal complaints and entering internet-based criminal complaints. Respond to traffic control calls; direct traffic as needed. Provide fingerprint services to walk-ins for employment, travel, adoption, license, etc. Gather and process
paperwork for the Prosecutor's office and court in-custody arrests. Process and file hard copies of Municipal Warrants issued by the Judge. Operate police vehicles, radios, and associated equipment.
