Skills and Competencies: Understanding of local, state, and federal jurisdiction requirements. Knowledge of Construction Contract Documents, including Front End and Technical Specifications. Skillset in engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling. Ability to supervise and manage personnel with diverse skillsets. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship. Proficiency in various software programs for monitoring, updating, and producing work products.
