The Quality Auditor implements established approaches for measuring performance goals, participant outcomes, indicators, and sources of data that ensure broad-based support and high-quality service delivery across the program. Primary Responsibilities: Conducts quality audits of all program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identifies and submits patterns, trends, and recommended remedies to the Auditing Manager, resulting from all performance data reviewed and analyzed.
