degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or Natural Sciences Preferred Qualifications Experience with and working knowledge of office support software, including the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience in an Operations or Quality Management environment Experience in a Lab-Regulatory environment, in a Lab or clinical setting Experience in a Data Analysis environment Experience with process improvement or lean management Experience with Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau Demonstrated ability to function independently with competing projects-- Working knowledge of the following regulations: FDA, ISO, CLIA and CAP Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of HIPAA and importance of patient data privacy Commitment to reflect FMI's values: Patients, Passion, Innovation and Collaboration #LI-Hybrid
