agreements, sales agent agreements, commercial real estate agreements, and supply chain contracts.
Assist with development and improvement of contract drafting, review, and approval processes, such as templates, policies, and procedures. Research and analyze laws and regulations; provide concise and appropriate guidance on legal and regulatory requirements as applied to transactional needs of the business. International and domestic travel to additional company facilities or other locations in support of business operations may also be required on occasion.
Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree is required (or its educational equivalent if issued outside the U. S. ). Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required. At least three (5) years’ relevant experience to the tasks and responsibilities is required, with a preference for at least three (5) years practicing law. Preference for candidates with robust transactions experience at a sophisticated national, regional, or boutique law firm. Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one state is required.
A license to practice law in Ohio is preferred but not required.
