How You Will Make an Impact: Provide legal support in the PBM client contracting process and manage associated legal risks. Develop responses and support for RFP activity and mitigate identified legal and business risks.
Provide ongoing legal counsel on a wide range of legal issues impacting the PBM. Provide legal support in the resolution of disputes and inquiries from customers, subcontractors, and governmental/regulatory agencies. Routinely work on complex problems in which analysis of situations and/or facts require an in-depth evaluation of a range of factors. Monitor PBM
regulatory landscape and provide guidance on the interpretation of PBM laws and regulations to the business. Manage multiple, high-profile projects. Serve as a resource for other attorneys and contract manager as well as business clients instructing and advising on technical and tactical issues.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a JD; current license to practice law in at least one (1) state. 15 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ.
