Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meets and exceeds established inside sales product and services gross profit targets. Drives insides sales of all Logicalis products and services, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities.
Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Gathers market and client information; understands customer needs and requirements. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; solicits new accounts. Creates business cases and high level financial models including ROI and TCO analysis to help in positioning and selling of technology-based
solutions to solve business problems. Maintains and develops relationships with clients. Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Negotiates terms of agreement and closes sales.
Establishes and maintains current customer and potential customer relationships. Gains clear understanding of customer business requirements. Educates customers on full breadth of solutions offered by Logicalis. Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications internally under guidance of Director, Inside Sales. Engages proactively with Solutions and Services, Marketing and Operations teams. Establishes clear priorities for new and existing client sales to drive sales growth.
Advises on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions.
