Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with and establish positive working relations with all court personnel and members of the public. Conduct research using the public records index. Enter results into our proprietary systems,
either as clear (no information found) or the information found in the court's predominantly used index as specified per the client's instructions. Proactively communicate with their Supervisor to ensure all court holidays and other court delays are communicated to Inform Data.
Must provide updates to Supervisor regarding any delays that would impact our business or our customers. Must provide updates to Supervisor regarding courthouse structure updates, process changes, or fee changes. Act as a back-up for other Field Researchers in your area. Maintain Quality and TAT standards set by Inform Data. Inform the Supervisor of any current quality or trending issues. Assist in the ordering
