JOB SUMMARY Assist Audio Visual Coordinator in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual aspects of Daytona Intl. Speedway related events. This includes large spectator events and track and client meeting room rentals. (not TV production)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work closely with the PA Department, Venue Tech, and Special Event teams to provide AV support at events. Communicate and assist client's to accomplish
their audio visual needs. Support audio/video in hospitality areas to include the Fan Zone, D500 Club, Garage areas, Rolex Lounge, and Harley J's as well as with special events held in the DIS Venue and Hall of Fame.
Assist the Event Operations team as needed to support events. Track and backss assigned AV equipment and report any issues to PA and/or Venue Technology Departments. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Operation of the custom interfaces and touch panels in order to successfully control networked AV in DIS Venue. Comfortable being assigned to an area that is outdoors and open to changing weather conditions.
