• Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition. • Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product, which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards. • Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised and clean. • Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed. • Rotate or pull old or unsold product from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary.
